Paying for someones Amazon Prime, Audible, and 20-60 in purchases a week, unless I track and waste time disputing it constantly. This has lead to 3 new cards issued and 4 calls to the fraud department and nothing is still solved and I expect more fraudulent charges soon. I call Chase and they refund each purchase, issue me a new card, and then automatically update the unauthorized Amazon accounts card information so they can use it before I even have my new card in the mail. My Credit Card company, Chase, told me to call Amazon and have them remove my information from the unauthorized account.Ĭalling Amazon they told me they can't remove my information even though it's associated with an account that's not mine, without me having that accounts information. I discovered unauthorized Amazon Bookstore purchases at the start of the month and disputed them.
